We are the owners of the THERAPI LOVE FOR HAIR ® range of high quality hair products for salon and home use.

This section of our web site sets out the Terms & Conditions on which We sell Therapi products to Consumers (“You”) and on which You use this website.

All our products are made to high specification formulations and are made entirely in the UK from responsibly sourced products.

Therapi products available for sale on this website are subject to these Terms and Conditions and by placing an order for Therapi products on this website You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and You are bound by the version available on the site at the date of placing your order. Your statutory rights are not affected by these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions include our privacy policy and the information on our help page.

Making A Purchase

You can select and price your purchase from this web site and once your order is placed We will send You an acknowledgement. When your order has been accepted We will issue You with an invoice requesting payment before We despatch the goods. All goods will generally be despatched within 2 working days of receiving payment.

Prices

All prices stated on the website are inclusive of VAT where applicable, but exclusive of shipping charges, unless we tell You otherwise. Prices and availability of Therapi products may be change at any time without notice. The price at which You agree to purchase the Therapi products is the price stated on this website at the time You place your order.

Orders

We will take all reasonable steps to ensure that your credit or debit card information (Confidential Information) is kept secure. However, unless we have been negligent, We are not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access by a third party to your confidential information.

Delivery Schedule

We will normally send your order to You in 2-3 business days. 



You must inform us within two working days if the goods are lost or damaged in transit so that We can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and remedy the problem. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.



You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.

Tax Charges

For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 20% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free.

Credit Card Security

When your order is placed on our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128-bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on our web site.

Guarantee

Therapi products come with a 28 day no quibble guarantee providing all products are returned to us in their original packing with pre-paid postage and a fully completed Return Information Form. We advise that You obtain proof of postage which you should retain until You have received any refund due to You

You agree to fully indemnify us, our officers, employees, agents and suppliers from and against all claims, liability, damages, losses, costs and expenses arising out of any breach by You of these Terms and Conditions or by your use of this website, or the use of any other person accessing this website using your shopping account or your personal information.
